I am a highly experienced and successful educational leader with a strong focus on significant school improvement, raising attainment, and supporting leaders to achieve excellence. As a former Headteacher, I led a school from “Requires Improvement” to double “Outstanding,” and I have successfully raised outcomes in all national measures and significantly improved provision as an Executive Headteacher.

With extensive experience as an Education Director across two large multi-academy trusts, I have supported a large number of primary and special schools (SLD, PMLD, and MLD) for students aged 3-19. I specialise in improving SEND provision and strengthening EYFS. I have a proven track record of driving excellence in reading and English, ensuring high standards and exceptional outcomes. Additionally, I can lead effective assessment, action planning and wide ranging governance support. I am highly skilled at providing strategic support to Headteacher and leadership teams across Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), fostering collaboration to drive school improvement and sustainable excellent practice, ultimately securing outstanding outcomes.
