Andrew Binnell uses his knowledge and expertise to support governors and headteachers in the recruitment process and appointment of school leaders and teachers. He draws on his 15 years’ experience working as a headteacher, School Adviser (SA), School Development Adviser (SDA), and School Improvement Partner (SIP) to support schools in all their recruitment needs. Impetus offers three recruitment support packages: bronze, silver, and gold. All packages include attending each and every stage of the entire recruitment process, as well as on-going telephone and email support. Packages start from £1500 + VAT.

Additional service offered to reflect this particularly difficult time for recruitment education:  Andrew will offer schools, looking to recruit teachers and leaders (including NQTs) for September 2020, a ‘gathering of key information service.’ Andrew will follow up on candidate names provided by schools and, on your behalf (and with your permission), he will contact delegates and complete online pre interviews to save your time in the pursuit of the best staff possible for your setting ready for September 2020. This service will, by definition, be individualised to the needs of each school.

  • Ongoing email and telephone support throughout the recruitment process and placement of the advert on the Impetus Education Solutions website

Cost: £1500 + VAT

  • Support with the preparation of all materials for the recruitment pack e.g job spec, job description
  • Preparation of all materials and resources for the interview day e.g raise online analysis, sample questions for the panel

  • Feedback provided for unsuccessful applicants
  • Ongoing email and telephone support throughout the recruitment process and placement of the advert on the Impetus Education Solutions website

  • Attendance at the interview day in school (full day)

  • Plus headhunting: A minimum of 4 full days actively researching and then contacting experienced Headteachers / Leaders / Teachers  in highly successful schools in line with the expectations of the schools agreed person specification (this strategy will run alongside the school agreed advertising approach)
