Andrew Binnell  and several other members of the Impetus Team are fully accredited External Advisers. As an example, Andrew has been completing Performance Management Reviews of Leaders of schools for the past 17 years.

Over the past academic year there has definitely been a real trend towards bringing this review of the Headteacher to July annually, rather than the more traditional first part of the autumn term.

Another development noted over the last several years has been the cascading of the review process of utilising and External Consultant to other members of the Senior Leadership Team. This brings an obvious greater and additional rigour to the process
