I am an experienced and passionate education professional, currently serving as the Leader for Standards and School Improvement across a Multi-Academy Trust and as a Catholic School Inspector across the country. Prior to this role, I was a successful Headteacher, leading my school to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted judgement in 2024, Teaching School Leader and Local and Evidence Leader in Education. I have led Leadership and NPQ programmes in Primary and Secondary and supported schools through DfE initiatives.

In my current role, I work alongside Trustees, Governors, Headteachers and Senior Leaders across the Trust to support and challenge schools on their improvement journeys. I lead on the development and implementation of Trust wide strategies in Leadership and Teaching and Learning, robust quality assurance processes, leadership development, peer review and targeted school support, ensuring that each school is motivated to deliver consistently high standards and sustained progress.

I am driven by a strong moral purpose and a belief that every child deserves access to an excellent education, regardless of background or starting point. My leadership is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on what makes the greatest difference for pupils. I bring both strategic insight and practical experience to my role and I am proud to contribute to the Impetus team.
