I have over 30 years education experience, with a highly successful and diverse background as a teacher, senior adviser, consultant and school leader.

Currently my Impetus Education focus is supporting MAT’s and schools to introduce and embed a successful coaching culture across their whole organisation. Working in partnership with CEO’s, head teachers, senior leadership teams, individual teachers, LSB’s, trustees and governors to strategically and operationally review and update their approaches to effective school improvement and team development.

Through a guided coaching model, audit, review and reinvigorate the organisation and individuals leadership skills, knowledge, understanding and accountability. Once achieved support and enable committed individuals and teams to drive forward the organisations vision and development priorities.

My approach is very practical and targeted on building sustainable leadership capacity and fostering positive change.

In my spare time I focus on travelling, theatre, arts and music. Most of all I enjoy and relish the precious time I spend with my family and friends.
