Sarah Ginzler Maher is currently an Executive Headteacher of a Federation of Schools and has a wealth of experience in the leadership of schools causing concern. She has been a leadership coach since 2009, mentored new headteachers and coached headteachers of schools placed in a category by Ofsted. Sarah is also a facilitator for NPQSL endorsed by the National College and has considerable experience of school inspection.
