Daria Wignall has a highly successful and diverse schools and education background, with over 30 years experience as a teacher, adviser and leader in education. Daria currently works with a number of Essex schools in a supportive pastoral role as well as coaching headteachers, senior leadership teams and governors to strategically reflect, plan, manage and implement their school vision and development plans.
