• Preparation for Governors’ re: their role in a successful Ofsted inspection
• Training Governors’ to support their understanding of data analysis for their school
• Training on school self-evaluation: To support them in challenging the leadership of the school Based on a firm evidence base
• Training on school development planning: To for example support them in their questioning of the work of the school
• Headteacher performance management
• How to conduct successful school visits
• Support for appointment of headteachers and senior leaders
