RECRUITMENT SUPPORT

  • Attendance at pre meeting with the recruitment panel (minimum of 2 hours) 
  • Attendance at shortlisting meeting with the panel (minimum of 2 hours)
  • Attendance at the interview day in school (full day)
  • Ongoing email and telephone support throughout the recruitment process and placement of the advert on the Impetus Education Solutions website

  • Plus headhunting: A minimum of 4 full days actively researching and then contacting experienced Headteachers / Leaders / Teachers  in highly successful schools in line with the expectations of the schools agreed person specification (this strategy will run alongside the school agreed advertising approach)
