RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
Impetus Education are in the process of re-vamping their recruitment support programmes for schools.
We currently offer a bronze, silver and gold package, which provides support from attending the pre-meeting to understand the needs of the role and the current school situation right through to attending the interview, saving schools valuable time.
We would like to know how we could support schools with their recruitment needs, do you at this moment in time foresee needing help with any of the following:
- Email and telephone support throughout the recruitment process
- Advertising: Could we help with our schools cc list / the Impetus website?
- Headhunting (both interim and permanent positions)
- Pre-interviews
- Preparation of materials for your school’s recruitment pack e.g job specification, tasks, interview questions, timetable of the day, scoring system
- Shortlisting: How to approach this?
- Attendance at the interview as an independent member of the panel
- Feedback for unsuccessful applicants

- Plus headhunting: A minimum of 4 full days actively researching and then contacting experienced Headteachers / Leaders / Teachers in highly successful schools in line with the expectations of the schools agreed person specification (this strategy will run alongside the school agreed advertising approach)
