Impetus offers in and out of school support to all leaders of your staff team to enable them improve provision accessed by learners in your school within their areas of responsibility.
This could also take the form of in school support for Performance Management Reviews for identified leaders using members of the Impetus Team as External Advisers.
It could be through sending targeted staff to training away from the school to access one of our very popular subject leader training days. (See the current courses section)
