Ilse Melligan- I consult with schools on PE and PSHE, and a wide range of health and wellbeing topics. My specialism for wellbeing has evolved over the last20 years to include Positive Psychology in education, taking in work on SEL, Resilience, Belonging, Mindfulness and Character Strengths. I have built wellbeing programmes with schools both nationally and internationally, meeting all statutory requirements for the national curriculum in RSHE and PE, whilst leading on ambitious Personal Development strategies. This has taken me to conferences in Hong Kong and Dubai, where I have spoken and run workshops. I run online CPD (both live and recorded courses); wellbeing clinics for families and mentoring for school staff, both professionally and personally.
