I am an experienced Headteacher and educational consultant with a proven track record of leading school improvement and supporting leadership development. Currently leading Buttsbury Primary School—a four-form entry school judged Outstanding by Ofsted in 2019—I successfully oversaw the amalgamation of the infant and junior schools, creating a unified, high-performing primary school. Prior to this I was Headteacher of Ingrave Johnstone C of E Primary School. I have extensive experience mentoring both new and established Headteacher’s and am passionate about building leadership capacity and driving sustainable improvement across schools.

My consultancy work is rooted in practical school leadership experience, focusing on systems that directly improve teaching, learning, and outcomes.

In my spare time I like to run; every distance from park runs to marathons. I love travelling and going to the theatre.
