Sarah Ginzler-Maher has 19 years’ experience of headship including 10 years as the Executive Head Teacher of a Federation. Sarah is currently a School Effectiveness Partner for the Local Authority, supporting Schools in Essex.
She has extensive leadership experience in a variety of educational contexts and communities, serving as an Executive Head Teacher in four very different schools.
Sarah is a passionate, creative and innovative leader with 32 years in education; 7 of which she served as an Ofsted Inspector in the East of England and London until 2020.
Sarah has mentored new, interim and experienced head teachers where the schools have been challenging and often in an Ofsted category. She has delivered training and inset on teaching and learning, subject specific pedagogy, assessment and assessment systems and curriculum development.
Sarah has also been a tutor for NPQH and has guided candidates to attain successful headships.
She is an inclusive yet challenging professional with the intellectual and strategic ability to create positive change and empower others to seize the opportunities presented.
