Ann Robinson is currently Headteacher of Buttsbury Junior School, a four form entry Junior School, which was recently judged to be Outstanding (Ofsted November 2019). Prior to that, Ann was Headteacher of Ingrave Johnstone C of E Primary School. Ann has significant experience of moving schools from Requires Improvement to Good and then from Good to Outstanding. Ann enjoys working alongside and supporting schools and also has experience of mentoring new and existing headteachers. Ann is particularly skilled in establishing effective whole school systems which have a direct impact on the overall effectiveness of the school.
