Katherine Parker is currently a Headteacher of a successful school in Essex and has a wealth of experience in the leadership of schools and school improvement. She has previously led a Teaching School and is now an ELE (Evidence Leader of Education) and a CSI (Catholic School Inspector) and is well repeated across the Trust that she works in as well as across the County.  Katherine has currently worked closely with the DFE on system leadership as well as facilitating a number of programmes though the Billericay Teaching Alliance.
