Audience: Maths Subject Leaders and Senior Leaders

This session is the first of the termly Maths subject leader update meetings which will take place across the year.
Session 1 will cover:
- Looking at data from IDSR
- Looking at changes in focus from 2024 SAT questions
- Looking at our KS1 data and particularly greater depth
- Looking at variation with 2024 SAT paper in mind
- Updates in the subject
Iain Gunn is currently the headteacher of St Peter’s CE Primary School in Brentwood, which has been judged as ‘outstanding’ in the last three Section 48 inspections. Iain is a SIAMS inspector and has been a National Leader of Education since 2010, working alongside a number of schools who have needed extra support since then.
