This session is the first of the termly PE Subject Leader update meetings, which will take place across the year.
We will explore pedagogical approaches (teaching methods and strategies) that increase student engagement, skill development and enjoyment. We will explore holistic approaches, with child centred learning as the focus. This session will lead into session 2, where we explore specific models-based practices in PE that enhance our adaptive teaching. Subject leaders will have an opportunity to network with other colleagues and consider how holistic their whole-school PE offer is.
